The vision to open a Kingdom school was birthed by God in the heart of Ms. Lisa Moore. Ms. Lisa taught in Christian schools for many years before the Lord called her to step out by faith and begin Grace Christian School. Grace Christian School opened in the fall of 2002 as a homeschool ministry. The enrollment was 12 students in grades 3–8. The following year we were blessed to more than double our enrollment to 25 students. Grades 1–2 were added as well as a second classroom and teacher.
The Lord has continued to bring increase to GCS with over 100 students being enrolled each year. We are accredited through the National Association of Private Schools and have seen our graduates pursue and achieve academic excellence in their colleges. All of this is to the glory of God!
