Steps to Enrollment:
STEP ONE:
- Turn in completed enrollment packet.
STEP TWO:
- Report card from previous school
- Financial clearance from previous school
- Confidential Principal’s recommendation form (5th–12th grades)
- Pastor or youth pastor’s recommendation form (5th–12th grades)
STEP THREE:
- Interview with Principal
- All forms must be completed prior to student’s acceptance
Once admission has been granted, a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate, and immunization record will be required.
